Scraptacular Weekend By the Sea February 19, 20 & 21, 2010   Sponsored by: Scrapbook Concepts & Scrapbooks by the Sea     Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort 14276 Ocean Highway, Litchfield Beach Rooms are 1 bedroom suites with 2 queen beds in each suite, a living room and mini kitchen with full refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave. These are non-smoking units but each unit has a balcony or patio if you must. These units are within the main resort complex. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Thursday. Check out is 11:00 a.m. Sunday. Our reservations are for Friday thru Sunday, February 19, 20 and 21, 2010. (Thursday is available by making arrangements with me as I pay the total bill in advance.) Our cropping room is located on the ground floor next to Websters Restaurant. We have a total of just over 2500 square feet for our crop room. The site has luggage carts available for helping us unload and load our stuff! The crop room is available for use (set up Thursday evening) Friday thru 3:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon. No problem, just remember to check out of your room Sunday morning before 11:00 a.m. and crop to the very end! WiFi is available. Meals included in the weekend will be lunch and dinner Saturday. With the kitchen available in each suite - we opted not to include breakfast this time. That way there is no schedule to meet and we can eat in the rooms before heading out, just bring whatever food or snacks you need for the rest of the weekend. Meals on Friday and Sunday are on your own but Websters (on site and right next to the crop room)- is wonderful! There are some larger suites for a lower cost to those who want to travel in larger numbers (suite for 6 - 8 people) with a lower total cost for the weekend, however they are approximately 2 miles from the crop room. These arrangements must be made for the entire group with me at the time of reservations Just call and ask about it or stop by. This does lower the total per person cost of the weekend for those who choose this option. The suites are 4 bedroom/3 bath with full kitchen and various sleeping arrangements (double, queen, twin and king beds in the suites) Total early bird cost for the regular double occupancy suite is $235.00 per person. This includes Friday and Saturday night lodging, meals (2) on Saturday and all crop room expenses. Supplies purchased at the crop are separate but have a 20% discount.
